------------------------------
Hi! I'm Hisako.
I read "The wedding Trap".
The author of this novel is Tracy Ann Warren.
Its spin off is "The Husband Trap" that is the RITA Best First Book in 2007.
"The Husband Trap" was translated into Japanese.
Its title is "あやまちは愛".
I feel it was too much sweet title.
Why do Japanese romantic novels have sweet titles?
I feel her novels are wallpaper historical romantic novels.
“The wedding Trap” is quite well.
Heroine is a poor bluestocking and not attractive.
Her aunt passed away recently.
She inherited her aunt’s property.
Now she is heiress.
Many fortune hunters come and try to catch her heart.
She fell in love with hero some years ago.
But she knows he never wants to marry her.
Hero is her best friend’s brother-in-law.
He thought heroine was shapeless and not attractive.
Because she always wore ugly dresses and be too shy to talk with gentlemen.
Heroine’s best friend asked him to help heroine find a suitable husband.
He accepted.
He took her to dressmaker to buy beautiful dresses.
She changed her hairstyle.
He made her attractive heiress.
Many suitable young gentlemen call on her.
But he is not happy. Why?

This book's level is about YL6.
It is not difficult.
P.S.
If you find many unfamiliar words in my writeing, don't worry.
Most of GR , children's books and contemporary books don't have such words,
but European historical novels have them.
If you want to read European historical novels, I suggest to read this.
